About M&A
M&A The Dreamers Investment Group LLC is a privately held company that was established in 2017 by Melecia Coates and her brother who has since passed. They dreamed of one day owning and managing properties together in South Florida. With hard work and determination, they purchased their first property together and began to build a thriving startup that has blossomed into a multi-property leasing and management company.
Always desiring to please our customers and prospects, M&A are continually looking for new properties to expand their portfolio and provide solutions that cater to the needs of current and future Florida residents.
